Reply to my first classmate: Ali Alzahrani 

Examine ethical decision-making processes and provide research on that information. Next, describe your beliefs and assumptions about ethics. Suggest areas for improvement in student education relative to ethical decision-making.

                 According to Northouse (2018), the ethical theory provides a system of principles or rules that guide the decision-making process on what is right or wrong and good or bad in a particular situation. In other terms, it is a basis for understanding the moral decency of human beings. The ethical decision-making process involves steps that guide decision-making. It begins with gathering facts, whereas as many facts as possible are gathered anchored on ethical perspectives with clarity on the assumptions made. The next step is defining ethical issues done through the identification of the ethical problems in a certain situation and focusing on one major ethical issue to form a basis on the issue to focus on. Next is the identification of affected parties. Primary and secondary stakeholders are identified, and the issue is seen through their eyes ("SUMMARY OF THE STEPS OF THE ETHICAL DECISION-MAKING PROCESS," 2021). Next is identifying the consequences. This involves potential positive and negative consequences, the magnitude and probability of the consequence happening. Next is identifying relevant rights, principles, and justice issues. On this aspect, the obligations created because of particular rights or principles are established. The next step is considering your integrity and character to consider specific virtues and any relevant biases of a situation. Next is thinking about potential actions creatively, which involve brainstorming to come up with extra options to satisfy primary parties' interest. The last step is checking your gut to gain credibility.

                My beliefs and assumptions about ethics are men is free and is a rational being. Ethics assumes that man has the power to act as he wishes and to act according to his will without restraints. I believe man is capable of choosing what to do and what is good for him. Man acts with a purpose knowing the intentions of consequences of his acts, and can judge them if it's right or wrong. I believe a man can determine right or wrong in his actions. The areas for improvement for student ethical decision making is developing a code and making ethical performance a priority strategically while setting the tone from the top (Mladenovic,2019)

Reply to my second classmate: SHARAF ALNAJRANI 

Ethical decision-making is a process used to evaluate and choose among alternatives consistent with ethical principles. It is necessary while making an ethical decision to choose the best ethical option from all unethical alternatives.  Ethical development in business education programs is essential, and for this, students crave motivation because this factor will reflect on their understandings of ethics and challenges. The result was very impressive because it shows that students developed more sophisticated and contextualized views of ethical issues regarding government and social context. The ethical decision-making framework has various ethical perspectives (G. Northouse, 2 B.C.E./2018).

            Leaders who have ethics are successful in their field. Ethics have different beliefs and assumptions. Assumptions could be that the man is a rational being or the man is free. Assumptions described the moral responsibility of ethics. The act done by the man or the doer of the act is the object of ethics that shows your perspective about the other person (Cristine may sol, 2010).

            The improvement in student education relative to ethical decision making is necessary because the school or college should train their staff to communicate with students in a soft tone which impressed them to be like them. Secondly, developed ethical programs and events for the students to learn more about ethics. Providing support routes to the staff will help them engage more with students relatively with ethical decision-making. Measuring the effectiveness of ethical programs brings positivity to the environment. Students feel more comfortable asking about anything with teachers in an ethical manner (Mladenovic, R., Martinov-Bennie, N., & Bell, A.,2019).
